Does your bg normally spike after eating dairy products? This is the reason why I have to stay away from milk-containing products. Something about my body doesn&#039;t process lactose (milk sugar) the same way and my body can&#039;t get rid of it. May want to do some &quot;tests&quot; and see just how milks (1%, 2%, whole, skim) and cheeses (cheddar, mild, sharp, american, swiss, etc) affect you.</description>
